• Microsoft 365 is a product of Microsoft Corporation, which reserves all rights to the software and associated services.
• Alvahtek only provides a flexible and discounted payment option for our customers when they join our Microsoft 365 family subscription. We do not claim ownership or rights to the Microsoft 365 product.

• Microsoft 365 is a subscription-based product, requiring an annual renewal to maintain access and functionality. In addition, the discount you get now applies to all ongoing renewals, so you have no cause to worry.
• The annual renewal fee is ₦25,000/$40, payable manually to Alvahtek (that is to say payment is NOT deducted automatically each year from your account for the renewal fee, you pay by yourself. A reminder notice and instructions would be sent to your email before the due date for renewal).

• Renewal payments are made manually, ensuring you have full control over your subscription. There are no automatic recurring charges, you renew by yourself at renewal date.
• You may cancel your subscription with us at any time. However, please note that this will result in the loss of access to Microsoft 365, including all associated benefits, files, and storage.

License Type, Processing and Delivery

• Upon payment, you would be invited to join our Microsoft 365 family subscription via your email address in order to activate your Microsoft 365. This license gives you exclusive rights, security, privacy and benefits of Microsoft 365 package including other associated benefits from our organization.
• Please ensure your email address is accurate to receive your Microsoft 365 activation invitation and other important updates.
